









A cold wet weekend was expected and delivered in Southland for all classes competing at the BNT 200 at Teretonga Park Raceway, Invercargill over the weekend.
In Formula Ford Andre Heimgartner (Auckland) added to his three wins in the first round at Powerbuilt Tools Raceway with three more race wins. He now leads the championship on 450 points from Michael Scott (Te Puke) (361 points) and Brendon Leitch (Invercargill) (319 points).
Geoff Short won the weekend in the Sports GT class with his great looking Honda S2000 powered Juno with two wins and a second place. Gary Duncan took out the Production GT with a win, a second and a third placing.
