Ipswich podiums increase McLaughlin's Dunlop Series lead

Three podiums in three races at the Coates Hire Ipswich 300 have given Kiwi Scott McLaughlin valuable points after the completion of the fourth of seven rounds in the Dunlop Series.
Chaz Mostert secured the overall victory for the round at Queensland Raceway with a lights-to-flag win in the third final race of the weekend.
McLaughlin ran third in the Saturday opener, second in Sunday morning’s second race and then third in the 22 lap finale. He currently leads the series with 1090 points, 38 ahead of Mostert with former Toyota Racing Driver Scott Pye third on 892 points.
The series heads to its fifth round at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 at the beginning of October.
